Curt Hofmann

Curt Hofmann is the principal of Curt Hofmann & Co and has practiced as a barrister and solicitor in all jurisdictions in Western Australia. He brings with him 30 years experience in all aspects of criminal and traffic law and also practices in the fields of criminal injuries compensation and personal injuries. Curt is also a member of the panel of lawyers for the Director of Public Prosecutions and a member of the panel of lawyers for Legal Aid, a member of The law Society of Western Australia Criminal Law Committee, a member of The Criminal lawyers Association of Western Australia, and a criminology lecturer at Curtin University of Technology. And as a frequent competitor on the triathlon circuit and his PhD studies will attest, Curt is a strong believer in the pursuit of excellence both in mind and body. It is this dedication that Mr. Hofmann brings to all aspects of his work.

Kristin Clohessy

Krissy joined the Curt Hofmann and Co team in 2007. She holds a Juris Doctor degree of Law and a Psychology degree. Prior to joining the Curt Hofmann and Co team Krissy clerked for a number of organisations including Behan Legal, the Aboriginal Legal Service of Western Australia, the Mental Health Law Centre, Bayly & O'Brien and more recently the Western Australian Police Prosecuting division. Krissy also has a special interest in defence investigation and is currently studying for a post graduate degree in Criminal Investigation at the University of Western Australia.
